2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

•Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
•Maintain and promptly update your account information
•Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at privacy@fyltr.co.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

•Use the Platform to build forms that collect sensitive personal information (Social Security numbers, financial data, etc.) without proper security measures
•Engage in phishing or spamming activities
•Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful files
•Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
•Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform

4. Fees and Payment

Some features of the Platform are billed on a subscription or credit basis ("Paid Services").

•Payment Terms: You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of Paid Services
•AI Credits: Credits purchased for AI features are strictly non-refundable, even if you stop using the Service. They do not expire as long as your account remains active.
•Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing upon 30 days notice
•Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes

5. User Content and AI Services

You retain ownership of all content you upload, create, or submit to the Platform ("User Content"). However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide the Services to you.

AI Processing & Third Parents

Our Service utilizes third-party artificial intelligence models, including but not limited to OpenAI (GPT-4) and Anthropic (Claude), to provide document extraction and form generation features.

•Data Privacy: Your documents are sent to these providers via secure, encrypted channels solely for processing. We have configured our accounts such that your data is not used to train their public models.
•Accuracy Disclaimer: Artificial Intelligence is probabilistic and can make mistakes (often called "hallucinations"). You acknowledge that extracted data or generated forms may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying all AI-generated outputs before using them.

Google Drive Integration

If you choose to use the Google Drive integration feature:

•Authorization: You grant Fyltr permission to create folders and upload files to your Google Drive on your behalf.
•Storage Content: You are solely responsible for the content of the files uploaded to your Google Drive and ensuring you have the necessary rights to store such content.
•Access Control: You confirm that you have appropriate controls on your Google Drive account. Fyltr does not manage sharing permissions for files once they are uploaded to your Drive.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to delete your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fyltr, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

•Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
•Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
•Any content obtained from the Service
•Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
